1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted tools that help users tailor resumes and related documents based on job descriptions and user-provided data. Outputs generated by the Service are provided for informational and assistive purposes only.

3. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems.
  • Generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or effective.
  • Use of the Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated output before use.

4. User Content

You may upload resumes, job descriptions, and other career-related information (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use all User Content and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Plans, Billing, and Payments

The Service may offer free plans, free trials, one-time purchases, usage-based pricing, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

7. Refund Policy

Paid plans are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase, provided that the refund request is submitted within that period.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. After the 14-day period, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the stated refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
